“Asked them to come out and estimate a hot water heater replacement. They came out the next day, walked me through all the pros and cons of the different options and how we use water, and showed us the fully installed price for everything. I expected to have to schedule the actual install on a different day, but instead they said they could go get the water heater we picked and have it installed in a couple hours. This is my second time using them for plumbing and I'm sure I'll call them again the next time I need something done.”

“Well they seemed like they would be a decent company. Their electrician was willing to meet me at outside their regular hours to give me an estimate. However, I was supposed to get an estimate in my email within 2 days and have not heard anything. Seems like poor customer service. Update: I did receive a response from the company and did finally get an estimate. It was thorough and easy to read. I haven't decided if I will use this company or not but I did change my initial rating as they did get back with me. My rating is only based on their customer service in that they did reach out to me to fix the missing estimate. So I can't fault their dedication when a problem is noted. If I accept their estimate I'll update this review again.”

“I stumbled upon Reformation Electric through a mutual friend. Initially, I was just wanting a quote on electric work, but quickly found out how eager Thayne was to tackle additional projects for me. I was in the process of rehabbing a home in my neighborhood and was struggling to find trustworthy subs to complete the work. Thayne had the best price for putting the electricity in the house and I found him easy to talk to, so I hired him to install all the components for the electricity. I was exceedingly happy with the work he and his crew did and I was excited to talk to him about the additional projects I had going on in the house. He quickly became my framer, carpenter, siding guy, floor installer, and even helped contract out the best subs for the work he didn't do. Everyone who walked through the house during the renovation was very impressed with the work Reformation was doing, and I was ecstatic to have them working for me. One of the things I appreciate most about Thayne is his attitude and desire to always figure things out. He is confident that he will figure out the best way to do something, and if he doesn't know, he finds the right people to ask. He has shown this to me time and time again with various issues that have come up with certain projects. I have been extremely impressed and grateful that he tackles projects full-on instead of finding a way to get around it. I have also been amazed by his and the crew's timeliness. They come to work when they say they'll be there and they stay until the job is done. I have never had to worry whether or not the crew is there working. “How do I get you to call these people and hire them with a review? I'll first tell you that you won't regret it if you do. They've come out to our house 2 times in the last year, for different issues, and fixed both with expertise, and quickly. They could have charged me 3x or even more and I would have been satisfied and dumb enough to think that was the right price, but they didn't. They are kind as can be, family run, flexible and accommodating...I feel happy to provide them business and fortunate to have found their business. You pay a price that is fair and what your repairs cost, not what you're willing to pay for it because you don't know better. You can also tell they have pride for their craft and care for their customers, which is few and far between these days. If someday they have to come do a big repair that costs more than I'd like to spend, I'll spend it knowing that I have the best in the business, and that the $$ is what it is, because you can trust this business.
