Typically, there's no wait for anything I want to use (though I'm sure being there at 6:30 am helps with that). Clean. Most of the staff's friendly and helpful. Keep it up.”

Basketball courts, a large weight room, a track, many cardio machines, classes offered all the time, two water parks, child care, a pool and they even have plenty of events to go to, and much more. “This is too much fun. Very well organized chaos, and it seems perfectly appropriate. I was invited by a friend, and brought my child along, and we went with a group of 6 on top of that. Check-in was pretty easy along with a waiver in case you are injured having fun, lol. You can be injured if not careful, but mostly the injuries are typical bumps and bruises. The night we were here, it was blacklight time, and it was very cool to see the children and adults enjoy themselves in this fun atmosphere. After check-in, you are welcomed by a live D. J., Who likes to interact with the guests and raise the happiness level before the people reach the trampoline section. You will be very surprised how everything is well thought out, and the main activity associated with Sky Zone is purely exercise and challenges for any takers to attempt. The trampolines never get boring, and they will wear you and your group out if you don't take breaks. I would suggest that to the most athletic person. Sky Zone is without a doubt the greatest place I've been in quite some time, and I will go again and again. Check it out.”

Within two workouts I knew that I'd be here long term. The coaches here really focus on each individual and will even stop you mid-workout to give you pointers or correct your form. You can tell that they really care about your success and, of course, your safety. The programming here is outstanding and really exemplifies what CrossFit is all about - constantly varied, functional movements performed at high intensity. The community at Dash is great as well! From Day 1, I felt welcomed by everyone. Everyone pushes you to do your best too! CrossFit is an investment and the gym should be invested in you too.
