But when I exercise I stand in one spot in the lap pool, neck deep, moving my arms, legs and waist. With only 5 people in the lap pool I had to stop exercising in order to not make physical contact with two teens who came within reach. I didn't say anything to them. I remember being a teen. I would have been having fun and forgotten, too. But out of respect for them and myself I won't back for a while.”

He was honest with potential limitations and additional procedures that may need done along the way. We so appreciated this thoroughness rather than just an overall cost. It really put our minds at ease. At different points along our journey, when our daughter would get weary, he’d always know how to encourage her to keep going. Dr. Thompson always consulted me when referring for other procedures and listened and respected when we wanted to wait or needed time to decide on how to move forward. The staff know how to communicate and relate to kids; they’re just great with them.
