I honestly cannot express how great they are. My husband was there for work for a month and he was very happy with the treatment and how close this property was to everything, so I speak from his experience and mine since I stayed there with him for a week. I met a lot of great people during my week there and that included the staff. We loved the fact that it is a pet friendly property and my pups were able to stay with us.”

The receptionist was incredibly understanding even though I did not yet have my insurance cards through my new employer, and she even was kind enough to look up my new information. I've had some past experiences where the physician had been condescending or seemed hurried, but the provider who saw me today spoke to me as an equal, demonstrated true empathy, and took the time to listen and answer all of my questions. I felt genuinely cared for today and would 100% come back again.”

“I loved how compassionate they were when our 12 year old Border Collie had a seizures and wasn’t going to recover. The girl at the desk shared our grief. The doctor was supportive and dignified as we were about to lose our buddy. A few days later we received a vased red rose and a card signed by all. The most precious thing was his foot print and some of his hair. I put it in a frame. I would definitely recommend them!!”

“I was driving through Upland on my way to Monticello, IN. I pulled over because of a nose bleed. A police officer stopped to check on me and directed me to this clinic. I walked in with blood all over me, and running out of my nose. They immediately took me in and took care of me, a complete stranger! Everyone of the employees were amazing. They showed so much care and concern. They stayed late to take care of me. They got my nose bleed to stop and sent me with supplies (in case it started again) and well wishes for a safe journey home. I highly recommend this business.”
