Laura and Claudia are well trained, knowledgeable and professional yet are also encouraging, caring, and fun. They have rare offerings of FMS and ARX that are very different from many other training facilities. I had my first visit with Claudia today and she put me through an array of exercises that really showed me that I had much work ahead of me! Claudia’s evaluation gave us a starting place, and we had a long discussion about how I was doing, where I needed to improve, and outlined a plan specifically for me based on the results obtained.
