The male resident was watching tv where there was just a bunch of planes flying around. I asked the staffer what was on tv, and she said that he used to fly RC planes and so they found videos of RC planes on youtube and play them for him. THAT'S how much they care about their residents!”

She actually listened to my wife. She took time to actually look at her medical records. She was friendly. She was thorough. She went over things in detail. She followed through. I don’t know that my wife has ever dealt with a better medical professional. Honestly, my only quibble is how long it took to get an appointment. But that’s nothing to do with her and nothing she has say over—that’s just the state of medicine in Bloomington, Indiana.”
