I had an emergency with my small dog who ingested a rib bone that was almost as big as him. It was at night on a weekend and I thought I was leaving a message on the office voicemail. To my surprise, Dr. K called right back and guided me on what to look for and also helped to calm my nerves! Her staff is very warm and welcoming as well.”

“Top notch care, especially for those in the local area. For the last ten years, I had to drive to Fishers for regular checkups with my general practitioner, but no longer. The two doctors I have had so far are amazingly well-studied for general practitioners and work well with my other doctors (a dermatologist and allergy and asthma specialist). They can get me in within two days for an emergency consultation that urgent care can't assist with, no hassle. This complex also houses a testing center if you need blood draws or other samples taken, as well as a radiology center. An urgent care facility is attended by Hancock Regional staff. I have been all three of these and the care is top notch, no different from what you would expect at a larger hospital, with all the benefits of a smaller, more accessible facility.”
