When we toured Rittenhouse, we saw staff everywhere interacting with people. Except for memory care, people aren't segregated by level of care like in other facilities. Because Mom was terminally ill, the administration did everything they could to accommodate her including coming to see her when she was still in care elsewhere, providing her a room with a beautiful view on short notice, welcoming a new hospice service that they didn't know, and developing a coordinate care plan between their staff, the hospice, and our family. Mom's last days were spent in the very best of care. Rittenhouse was a blessing to all us!”
