“I have skipped going to the dentist for years. I have horror stories of things that have happened at other places in the past. I also have had an issue with Bell's palsy in the past which caused me to avoid the dentist as I viewed it as a risk. I went in for an initial visit because my gums were swelling up and had the first half of a deep cleaning today. I wasn't treated like a baby just because I'm afraid of triggering my Bell's palsy. They took the time to come up with a plan to try different things to avoid those potential triggers. Laura did the cleaning. She was gentle, caring, and professional. She didn't treat me like a baby or a pain in the neck. She treated me with kindness and recognized that my fear was real. She is wonderful and I'm glad to have her for the second half of the cleaning. The dentist is a very calm and very nice man as well. It's super clean, super modern, and the staff is great!! The receptionists are fabulous!! I'll be a patient for life!! 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend!!!!”

“Before I arrived to Dr. Amanda Patch’s facility on 2/24/2023, I had gotten into what I believe was a bad confrontation with maintenance from my apartment complex over my housekeeping skills (which was harshly criticized due to being in a lot of physical back pain following injuries I sustained on my moving night) and thank goodness that it was purely coincidental that I had my very first appointment with Dr. Patch. Nearly two hours after that confrontation and while being on the Uber ride to the facility, I felt a sharp pain or sensation on my right foot as well as my lower back. As I was checking in, I did request a wheelchair due to the severe pain I had. Thankfully, with my daughter-in-law, Dr. Jenna (Atkins) Zinn, MD, DVM (who became a doctor and veterinarian in January 2023 at age 24), Dr Patch and I had a damn good discussion about the care that I received and picking up where Dr. Kanika Jaggi of another hospital network on 2/20/2023, as well as the fact and effectively confirmed the diagnosis of being on my way to Type II diabetes as the back injury I sustained on 11/1/2022 was in fact caused by diabetic nerve pain. That being said, I did get what I needed was that doctors note confirming, or should I say mandating yours truly to be on the ground floor. Thank you, Dr. Amanda Patch and even though it is considered to be a perceived conflict of interest ethically, I am also saying thank you to my daughter-in-law, Dr. Jenna Zinn.”
