I personally was a college athlete and have trained this way my entire life and continue to even now after having 2 babies. Justin started training me when my first son was 7 months old, through my second pregnancy, and postpartum as well. He knew exactly how to modify exercises based on where I was at physically to help me stay in shape during pregnancy, how to slowly and safely ease me back into working out postpartum, and how to push me to achieve my goals of getting back to prepregnancy shape. On days where I was unable to get a babysitter they allowed my sons to be in a stroller with me while I worked out so that I could still get my training in (huge Mommy win that also left me with no excuses to skip sessions). When my family came to visit, my parents both came to workout with me (they are both 58 years old) and they loved every second of it even though we were exhausted afterwards! The environment at PACE is always inviting, full of great music that motivates you to push through your workouts, and leaves you feeling accomplished, even after a hard day! If you’re tired of the same old monotonous stuff and are ready to reach your fitness goals, and be pushed out of your comfort zone, look no further! PACE really is the place to go!”
