“Great service! Anna was amazing! They don't shorten your massage because you are late like some places do. They don't speak much English but understood what needs to be understood...like when I asked for harder or softer. Love the Asian style of using body pressure to making a deeper massage. I really enjoyed it. Be aware though that they don't drape as modestly as some places. So you may feel more exposed. But it was not inappropriate. If it's your first time getting a massage it may make you feel uncomfortable if you wanted more covering. Also they do get on the table at times to get deeper pressure. But I loved it all. Great price. I will return!😁”

Yet, from the phone call I made to verify urgent care hours, personnel at gate, front staff as you enter, nurse, doctor & UC staff, x-ray staff, those I dealt with in ophthalmology, travel, & pharmacy, not one person fit any of the negative feedback. I was seen in minimal time each area. Might not have been as busy as it was for those bad reviews. Doctor spent a lot of time with me & everyone was courteous, attentive, & respectful. We were there only about 3 hours for all I mentioned. My experience was 5 star.”
