I received a new dishwasher at a very reasonable price, excellent brand (Whirlpool), and expertly installed by a very experienced and knowledgeable employee. The service was awesome, quick, and beyond my expectations. Nice to know the product was made in the USA, too! My experience was so incredibly positive, that I intend to go nowhere else for my future appliance and service needs. “OK.... I don't leave many reviews, but.... Don and Heartland Table Pads are simply the best. Trust me... I'm a Pain in the *** for quality. I ordered 2 pads for my new Diamond. He made sure my "dining cover" arrived first to be sure I made Thanksgiving. The dimensions and quality are second to none. I also bought an everyday cover which is lighter and easier to take on and off for everyday use. (I use my table everyday) I was about to email him that my other pad was missing and noticed it was shipped and will arrive tomorrow with the storage bags I purchased. I had another cover from another company which had magnets keeping the sections together.... Forget it. The magnets pulled the metal plates out of the other panel making them useless. Ok for simple table pads, but not for billiard tables. Heartland uses Velcro which is perfect. Measurements are spot on, quality is the best and the production time is exactly as promised.”

“Myparents purchased a loveseat and recliner less than a year ago. The recliner fabric is coming apart. Sewed the side where it was developing a hole. It is now developing a hole in the lower seat. Called and indicated displeasure with the poor quality of the recliner and was told someone would contact them. No one did. Wrote Webb Furniture an email indicating the chair should have still been under warranty as it was defective. No one responded to the email. Webb Furniture used to be a reputable company selling quality furniture. I have come to the conclusion they are now selling junk furniture and obviously don’t stand behind the products they sell nor believe in customer service. UPDATE: My parents were finally contacted by Webb Furniture representative. They agreed the recliner material was defective and offered to have it completely reupholstered or have them come back to the store and they would work with them. They chose to pick out another recliner as they would not even consider another Ashley made recliner. The company gave them a fair allowance towards the purchase of a higher caliber recliner of which they are completely happy with. Issue resolved.”

“i just wanted to mention the good service i received from the employees this evening i didnt get the lady that helped me at check out, but she was very warm and friendly... the store had just recovered from a rush when i walked in.The other employee ive known, Alexis since her first days at dg and i also wanted to mention how kind and helpful she has been and not with just me, with other customers as well always good attitude and willing to help me with finding items.She does this in spite of the store being understaffed really since the 6 or so years ive been a customer of orland dg..the reason for my review is since ive been a customer of the orland dg ive seen how corporate dg fails its employees. and the pay scale for the employees sucks. the paychecks they get doesnt match the workload dg corporate charges the employees with.. i know this. a lot of us customers know this”
