“It is scary to entrust a family heirloom, especially a Steinway built in 1899, to be restored. Chupp’s was very patient with me, as I checked references and asked lots of poignant questions. As a professional pianist, I wanted a great instrument that could be used, not a show piece. Chupp’s far exceeded my expectations. The finish was restored to its original mahogany, which is stunning. More importantly, the instrument itself was restored to play and sound like it did when it was first built in 1899. It is a joy to play. They even provided documentation for insurance coverage. I highly recommend Chupp’s, if you have a Steinway that needs restoration. Here are photos of the finished product.”

“This is a great store! With great people working for it. I wish more people would understand that being rude to the staff and giving negative reviews because the store closed early is just absurd. Now a days everyone is short staffed. So once in awhile stores may have to close early. Because they don't have any coverage or the need to give there staff a day off because of being short staffed. And if you really have a problem with it closing early be part of the solution apply or let others know to apply who may need jobs spread the word that the place needs help. Don't be the problem and degrade a place because they were forced to close early due to staffing problems. Like I said this is a great store and has great friendly people working for there. And they are already over worked and underpaid. Show them some appreciation! So please be kind and respectful!They will return the favor! Treat others as how you would want to be treated! Again the store is nice clean organized. With a great staff!”

When my wife received a vintage painting for Christmas from her sister, the only way it was going to be on our wall was with the Screw It... hands down! She could literally hang it anywhere she wanted without worrying about finding the studs, or drilling holes for those junky plastic anchors that leave an even bigger hole when you decide to move the wall art... or heaven forbid a command strip that will eventually give out and end with a destroyed piece of wall art. With several types of head designs, the Screw It actually enhances the look of the art from the side view rather than seeing a screw of metal hook.”
