“4 happy kids, 2 excited golden doodles and one worry-free marriage are all due to these staff at Big O Tires. We are from out of state and yesterday we had an urgent tire need. We pulled off the highway to the nearest tire service business, and we were blessed to have found Big O Tires. Garrett was immediately understanding of our needs and quickly got the service technicians working on our car. In less than 1 hour, the issue was identified and fixed properly. We were nervous we had a severe issue with our tire that would have delayed our trip.
