She definitely deserves a major raise for how much she is willing to do for the company. She definitely needs more freedom on choosing her team that she would work best with since she is always trying to take care of her people so she definitely deserves employees who will do the same. Missy has made major improvements and great strides these past months. I hope she continues the great work and earns a ton of raises as a result. Ashley is a great worker. She always tries to be a team player and learn more about the store and company so she can be a great asset for the store. “Ed the local small business owner is what we need more people to be like. I met him today while working "South of Chicago" Pizza. They have always made one of the best deep dish pizzas around. I love knowing that I am spending my money at a place locally owned. On top of that, some of the best overall top quality pizzas, breadsticks and so many other items are served up here. As a small business owner myself, I understand how hard it is to pay rent, taxes, maintenance and then operating costs. Trust me; it's hard and even though there is a misconception that you are rich--your not. I am very appreciative when I see owners working in there own establishments and showing customer appreciation. We know it's the customer that helps us get better. I assure you that if Ed was aware that something wasn't right and you were unhappy, he would do whatever possible to make it right. Some just will never provide the chance before they slam a business with a bad review. “I stop here for lunch quite often, and have never had a particularly negative experience. This location gets SUPER busy during lunchtime (options in teeny tiny Waterloo are lacking), but as long as you come before 11:30 or after 12:30, your wait should be minimal. The ingredients in my sandwiches have always been fresh, and the employees are attentive and friendly. When I tell them "LOTS OF BANANA PEPPERS" they don't skimp. The building itself is quite nice and has a little fireplace. I'm happy to have such a nice option near my office!”
