A woman was struggling holding clothes & a staff member came up immediately to offer a shopping cart. Tip when taking clothes to sell, keep the seasons in mind & do it with an open mind. I personally am happy to get any dollar amount for my clothes. I mentioned just donating what they didn’t take & the employee let me know they can donate what they don’t take to non-profits if I’m interested, which is awesome! I was so glad she told me that. I’ll do that every time now. They have a points system for rewards. This location is BIG, so many great finds for great prices! Love this store came to Richmond & the whole idea of consignment & secondhand clothing; just awesome!”
