She was waiting for me to pickup my bike after 4pm on Saturday. She also helped me put the bike safely in my car. I really appreciate her help and for the time she spent after working hours. I was happy to find a nice bike during the shortage of bikes in the market. Unfortunately all of the bikes I’m interested in are not currently available anywhere in the market. Pretty much every bike in the industry under 1000 is sold out at the moment. But I never gave up and kept checking with BGI until I got a great bike.”

Two times during our move I got stuck on a slope and needed towed out. I knew that I needed better tires for me to maneuver around our property. I called TD and told them what I wanted. He told me they had them in stock and could fit me in the same day. When I got there, they were backed up due to staffing issues. I was perfectly willing to wait.
