“Everything is very clean inside the store and outside in the parking lot. My only complaint is there is a large dumpster outside the store that smells awful! It’s probably about to be picked up and maybe I just caught it on the last day. But gosh it smells bad! I’d like to give a huge thanks to Rick for coming out of the store at 12 in the morning to help make sure we didn’t have problems with another driver. This driver wasn’t letting us park in the spot we found last night because he wanted it and Rick came out and stood until we got in the spot! Talk about customer service!”

“This is a 24 hour Mickey D's that is associated with a Love's Truck stop. Did a quick in and out around 0100 for a quick bite. The place was fairly busy, but they made fresh coffee at my request. I'm very likely to stop in here again. I do like the value menu over their premium sandwiches. And you don't have to get fries (which is a good thing).”

Casey’s customer service skills were off the chart. She was so sweet, so sincere, and helped me as much as she could. She had a technician come out ASAP to look at and to give me a quote on my system. Nothing better than having to make the worse call that you have been pushing back for a year and then to have them be so nice and friendly. That’s huge... then I met Joe, he’s awesome! He’s so honest and so sincere that they have won my business from here on out. I just got off the phone canceling appts for 3 others heat & air companies that are supposed to come out. I’m a true believer on things happen for a reason, and believe this day was meant to be. Thank you so much guys for your help and friendliness!
