“This was my first storage usage experience. Phil and Lorin were ultra-professional and friendly at “hello!” I rented two units. The facility was extremely clean. The added convenience of the loading bay, being able to drive in and be secure inside the building was the best benefit. I often went to storage late and at dark and always felt safe. When I needed packing supplies, I received a crash course about the boxes and packaging the best way. Unmatched customer service is what was provided. I knew I mattered to them. I could call when I had questions and Phil and Lorin were always available and very thorough. I closed my rentals recently. If I ever needed to go this route again, Extra Space on 118th is where I would go. I highly recommend them for the superior service, the amazing facility, and the reasonable price for the units. “Perkins has the best food whether you want breakfast, brunch, lunch, or dinner! They used to be open 24/7 which was cool. They also have a bakery that makes things fresh that day. So that's a bonus. “Went to go see the Foo Fighters recently and was completely taken by surprise at the intensity and clarity in the sound system! This totally heighten my experience while seeing one of the BEST rock and roll bands! Definitely have some earplugs - you will still be able to hear EVERYTHING without as much damage to your eardrums! Venue was clean considering the amount of people within (around 20,000 I heard..) and the bathroom situation wasn't all that terrible as they had plenty of porter potties and real bathrooms scattered around the venue. There is plenty of outdoor parking in a field next to the venue which gets pretty hellish while exiting (consider leaving a little bit before the show officially ends to avoid the worst of the traffic!) Otherwise, I had an amazing experience at the Ruoff Music Center????”
