“Within just a few hours after leaving a negative review with a 1 star rating on 12/26/2018, I was contacted by Grant Smith, Director of Sales at Greg Smith Equipment Sales. He expressed sincere concern for the poor customer service I'd received regarding my purchase. He apologized for the lack of communication by his sales staff and made it clear to me that he was on my side. To make amends he stated that he would make a further adjustment to the sale price of the equipment I bought and that he would personally handle the remaining details of my purchase to insure that I was satisfied. True to his word, when I arrived to pick up my equipment, he personally expedited the loading process and all went smoothly. After such prompt attention to my concerns, I'd have to say that I would be happy to purchase from Greg Smith Equipment again. They made it right with me.”

“We just purchased an ice cream cake from them. They did a fantastic job! I ordered over the phone, I was able to easily describe what I wanted, a football themed cake, and they went above and beyond with the decoration. I also was able to pick up in the drive thru bc I had a sleeping baby, which they were very accommodating. 2 people greeted me and said hello while I was waiting. Everyone I encountered at the window seemed happy and in good spirits. I should also mention that the cake was ready an entire day early. I am very happy with how the cake turned out but I forgot to take a picture! Please take the time to check them out especially during construction!”

“Butler Toyota collision center made my 2107 Tacoma like new. I had a small dent near my wheel well. But as you know when it comes to dents there is no such thing as a small repair. I had gotten two estimates but I couldn't bring myself to turn over my truck even though they had good reviews. So I decided to go to a Toyota repair shop in Carmel IN. The cost was higher than the other two estimates but as you know you get what you pay for. They did an amazing job, from Michelle the team leader to the workmen ship on my truck.
