“I've been through a lot of therapy for different things including my back. After this back surgery I was assigned a therapist named Andi. I just can't say enough good things about her. Totally amazing if not for her I'd have probably just stopped therapy and also would not have went back for a second round of therapy. She worked hard and encouraged me when I was down after starting therapy. She went above and beyond with her treatment and encouragement. She really changed my life for the better. I also had three other therapists when I couldn't get scheduled with Andi.all were great and the staff was great. Hoping for no more back surgeries but I know if needed there's great therapists and staff there”

“On November 16, 2022 the Fields team was at the funeral home I work for, Elm Ridge Funeral Home in Muncie, I have been so busy I am just now able to write this. We had a service for a veteran that same day, the staff was so kind and willing to hold off on their work while the service went on. What absolutely sold me, though, was a staff member removing their hat, placing it over their heart and stopping what they were doing while taps were performed. I didn’t get the chance to get his name or tell him how much I appreciated the respect he showed. What a wonderful reflection of the kind of people Fields hires.”

I got to the shop at 8am and was driving away with a new bed liner before 10am. The 3 staff members I interacted with were friendly and professional. “Dr. Granger is another pediatrician that my children see at Community Pediatrics. I always request her or Dr. Mcherron for scheduling when it comes to my minions. Dr. Granger takes the time to listen to you as well as how you feel. She doesn't rush you, she doesn't make you feel inadequate, she makes the visit feel calm and natural. She always calls back as soon as lab results or imaging is returned so your not left waiting and wondering what those results might be, which is something I GREATLY appreciate when it comes to my kids. Festival is in Sept. This museum and village and depot next door are nice price family friendly. Really enjoyed our afternoon. Takes around 4 hours to see all three. Worth the visit.”

“My builder actually recommended C&J when I inquired about having a water softener installed in my new home after I moved in. I called and was immediately talking to someone who took the time to understand my needs, home size, usage and explained my options in detail. Once I had decided on what I wanted, he quickly sent over a written quote so price was set and there were no surprises at the time of install. We scheduled the install for the next week and they were able to get me a 4 PM appointment so I didn't have to take much time off work. I was told the installer would call me 30 mins prior so I would know exactly when to leave work. I was skeptical of this having been told the same thing by other service installers in the past but was pleasantly surprised when I got a call at 3:30 that my installer was on his way. Sad that someone keeping their word is impressive these days but it is. The install was quick and you could tell he knew what he was doing. He explained what he was installing as he went and explained the function of each part of the softener and dechlorinator as he put them in. After giving me a full overview of the system, the best kind of salt to purchase and the recommended maintenance schedule, he left his number with me before leaving in case I had any further questions. I don't take the time to leave reviews as often as I probably should but when C&J followed up and asked for my feedback, I was more than happy to do so. Honest, quality service is getting to be rare and those who provide it deserve the recognition for doing so.”
