Dr Pai has been my doctor for many years now. She has provided my family and I, with outstanding care. She has a straight forward common sense approach to medicine and provides direct honest input and feedback, which I really appreciate. She provides options when available for our care and is sensitive to the cost of prescriptions and treatments. I feel that I have never been sent for a test or procedure that wasn't needed. When needed, She has made time to see us even though her schedule was totally filled up. Her and her staff are courteous and respectful, when I call for an appointment or in their office. She is quick to respond to my questions or concerns via MyChart, the Community Online patient management system. I have recommended her to my family and friends. I feel very grateful to have Dr. Pai as my doctor.”
