“I have lived here for 2 years and it has been wonderful. It’s a very safe complex and despite there being a high turnover rate with the property manager position, the other staff has stayed the same the entire time I’ve lived here. My only complaints would be that, my apartment flooded one time and I was forced to stay elsewhere for 3 days while my carpet was pulled up and dryers were blowing - and I think I was only given a $20 credit on my account for the inconvenience… I which covered the cost of absolutely nothing. Otherwise, it’s a great place and the neighbors here have become my friends. The office and maintenance staff is very helpful and friendly and have always taken care of any issue I’ve had. I’m sad to leave !”

“When we arrive for lunch at or around 12:30 We notice not that many patrons in the restaurant here at Famous Dave's anyway the waitress was superb in providing lunch choices and beverages food was very good I had a chicken salad wife had famous Dave's wings, potato sticks, celery, corn muffins 2, with famous Dave's Baroque sauce. The price was very reasonable considering other restaurant. Plenty of room to park the RV behind the restaurant. You have to watch carefully to park. Anyway great place for lunch and perfect experience as a patron. Thanks to staff and management.”
