We never felt uncomfortable talking with her through our home study or the rest of the process. She helped us navigate everything from background checks to meeting the birth mom to bonding with our new little one and finishing paperwork at the hospital. We never felt like we were on our own to figure out this whole new venture of adoption. We know that the cost of adoption is baffling to many (and we were asked so, so many times why it cost so much), but we believe that Bethany is trustworthy and honorable in their use of the money we invested in this whole process.
