“This place is awesome, management is great although it's been shaky in the past. But John (a new manager) really cares not only about the employees but the animals. They're giving the animals way more space than before and putting them in beautiful tanks too. Shelly is the franchise owner and she's pretty great too, old school in both reward and discipline. Lori (daughter of the founder although she likes to take the credit), sucks pretty bad, daddy money got the best of her unfortunately. But the workers and great and hard working, managers are pretty much all great and super friendly and knowledgeable as well. They get some really exotic stuff too so make sure to stop by! “This place is top notch! Mega Replay is one of the best retail gaming store if not THE BEST used tech and gaming store in the area, period! They have one of the best managers, their team is flawless and the cashiers/workers there do a great job and know what they're talking about. If they don't have an item in the store that you're looking, they will keep you posted on when they get that item. Their service is incredible, the items and categories of stuff they have is fantastic and they have amazing prices too. Their in-store credit is almost unbelievable, since they give people way more in in-store credit than any other store would ever think of doing.
