“I am currently only using the lap pool and have not seen the entire facility. The pool area as a whole is great. I like that there are 2 pools so kids/families can splash around without limiting the available lap lanes. However, the lap pool appears to be kept quite cool, way colder than either McCordsville or Greenfield locations. I find it to be borderline uncomfortable, even after 30 minutes of swimming. The locker room facilities are gorgeous with plenty of showers and lockers. However, I have one minor complaint: the suit dryer is poorly placed; in the pool side entrance to the ladies locker room, in full view of the pool area...one can't come directly out of the shower, wrapped in a towel and dry your suit before heading to your locker 😕”

“Our car needed a lot of “under the hood” repair with mostly front-end damage from the undercarriage up…including the radiator and air conditioning unit. So much more than body repair. The exchange between Gerber and our insurance company was flawlessly handled; NO hassles on our part. And, with parts in short supply/on back-order during the CoVid, Tori kept in close contact; updating the status of the work. Ultimately, Tori acquired a rental car for us and then the manager (?) exchanged the rental for our car when the work was successfully completed (a 2 hr trip since we live an hour away). The teamwork, professionalism and courteous customer care and the desire to repair the vehicle back to perfect working order (which obviously the guys in the garage are super at) are obvious strengths for this Gerber Collision team.
