“I had a19.99 coupon for an oil change. They told me to be there as close to opening time as possible. They opened at 7:30 and I didn't get there until almost 9am. From the time I walked in to tell them why I was there to me pulling out of the lot took them less them a half hour!! Plus they have the sweetest cat that comes to keep you company while you wait. I'm totally a dog person but I have to admit that is one of the sweetest smallest cats I've ever met!! I have anxiety when I'm out of my house and I actually left there so relaxed and happy that I actually got way more done then I'd even planned on doing!! I'd definitely recommend them to anyone and even if I moved back to the northern part of Indianapolis I'd drive to The Southside to let them work on my car!! They were all super nice guys but they certainly didn't waste anytime getting my car done and me back on the road!!!”

Their sales engineering staff is knowledgeable and courteous and will "bend over backwards" to keep you happy. I have received musical equipment that wasn't quite up to what I was expecting and they never failed to "make it right". The only reason I wouldn't buy from them is they just don't carry what I'm looking for. They won't leave you hanging if you have problems after the sale - their technical staff will do everything necessary to get you up and running or come up with a working solution - including trading to a different piece of equipment. In my opinion, this is the business model every retailer should be using. In fact, if I lived in Ft. Wayne, I would put in an employment application so I could be part of their community!
