“We are so glad we found Certus at Waterford Lakes for my mother in law. She was 96yo with dementia. She lived at Certus from November 2021 to April 2022 sadly she passed on April 15th. The staff at Certus are wonderful I just wish we found out about them sooner. She also had hospice care thru Cornerstone Hospice which was recommended to us from the staff at Certus. Cornerstone Hospice is the best thing we did for her and us along with putting her in Certus. Wonderful staff very loving and caring. Treated mom like she was their mom. Wonderful. “Room was clean and had everything we needed. I had asked for a room close to the elevator and that is exactly what I got. We love breakfast at the Aroma Cafe in the hotel lobby. The people there are so friendly. The slots were pretty tight and I about froze in the casino, yet the staff is really helpful and friendly. Because it was early in the week only one place to eat in the casino--the Grill, but everything we had there was great. I had a strawberry shortcake that was awesome. For the first time visited their sparkling gift shop just off the casino floor. Very impressive and once again friendly and helpful staff.”

“I took my son today to get his haircut at Dappered Man. Let's just say, this lady knows what she is doing! My son has 2 different front cowlicks and one in the back, however after Laney was done, you couldn't even tell. I love the small personable atmosphere where we don'tfeel like the next client! Laney took her time and was very detailed in her work! We have been to a couple other shops in the Brownsburg area and hate that we have a different barber everytime and they are quick to get you out the door. Not with Dappered Man, you will have the same sweet lady every time! We will definitely be coming back!”

It is located literally 10-15 minutes from downtown Louisville but has none of the negatives associated with actually staying in town (traffic, noise, high price, etc). The cleanliness here is impeccable. We've stayed here a few times and every time our room has been 5 stars out of 5 on the cleanliness scale and the amenities one would expect from a much pricier place.”

I keep going because I absolutely adore Brenda the receptionist. She is the sweetest person and really cares about the practice and their patients. she remembers little things about you and your family so it makes the experience personal. My husband had an unexpected procedure that ended up being quite expensive but reasonable and Brenda has went above and beyond to work with me sitting up a payment plan.
