He called me back to update me on their arrival, and followed up with a phone call when the work was done. The crew arrived and got right to work, and despite a very difficult rim and tire, they got the job done perfectly. They went above and beyond to make sure my other tires were safe and gave me the confidence I needed to get back on the road. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. “Finding the right couch can be difficult. Luckily, I checked out this American Freight location and found a quality sectional that checked all my boxes. While it was warm browsing their AC-less warehouse in the late summer heat, the customer service there was great. And better yet, the price was fair. The sectional took about 2 months to be made and arrive in my living room from the time of purchase. Delivery is extra if you choose to use their 3rd party service. For another $85, I did accept their delivery option. Jerry Hunt, owner of 360 Solutions LLC, delivered my couch on time, with good communication, and without defects. I will use his delivery service again in the future. In conclusion, I'm very happy with my new couch and the service I received!”
