“I don't like doctors, hospitals, or urgent cares but needed x-rays to confirm a situation I was dealing with wasn't worse than I thought. My experience at CareNow Urgent Care - Southlake could NOT have been any better. The young gentleman (I didn't catch his name) at check in worked efficiently, was very personable while maintaining his professionalism. Maggie checked me into the exam room, took my blood pressure and pulse while engaging in some light conversation about working out! When Doctor Andrew made it to the room it was funny to learn he had a very recent and similar injury to my own. He was very calm and reassuring and suggested x-rays which is what I was hoping for. Ashley was my x-ray tech and she was a blast and me laugh during the x-rays which took just a few minutes. I saw Doctor Andrew who confirmed ALL was A okay! A lot of pain but nothing broken! On the way out of the clinic, Maggie reminded me about to write this review (SMART!!!). 5 star care and attention from check in to check out. And while I hope to not see them again for any urgent or emergency needs (lol) I would come back to see this team without hesitation. Great experience!”

“First time, drive thru order at this location. I just wanted to say the night crew working 7/28/22 at 10:50 PM (receipt says “Sidel”) were top tier. Both guys at each window were super nice and efficient. I was surprised that the intercom guy asked about the app code. I wasn’t planning on using it for the sake of time. Then the second window guy was quick to fix our fries and was cool about it. I actually had a lot of sauce for my chicken nuggets and the fries were perfectly salted. Tbh this was actually probably the best customer service I’ve had in a long time with ANY McDonald’s location. So kudos and great job for these two! Y’all were awesome tonight and I hope y’all are recognized. Complaints are easy to write about but if something good happens, then compliments should be as equally given.”

But if you're also a history buff, you'll get a double treat! The recovery of the steamboat Bertrand is a fascinating peek into the not so distant past... “My visit was great overall. The pizza is much better than a slightly cheaper competitor that has a buffet. I love the salad bar but if eating healthy isn’t your thing then you must have some fried chicken, and mashed potatoes with chicken gravy. Chicken so big, good tasting, and moist that a certain competitor needs more than herbs and spices to think of competing. As an added perk our Kids love making root beer floats with the included ice cream also. Food is a big part of the equation, but honestly even more important is the cleanliness I see each time I visit. That cleanliness extends to the eating areas, behind the counters, outside the building, and inside the restrooms. You possibly could save a buck or two elsewhere at another big chain pizza buffet. For us we would have a bit of a drive so it’s way cheaper stopping here anyway. Let it be known this pizza isn’t the same as Giodano’s awesome pizza in Chicago. Albeit, last time I vacationed In Chicago it cost me a $50 note for a couple pies and nothing extra. Pizza Ranch cost me about the same today for myself and 6 little kiddos whom ate a very large variety of food and drinks. It is in my opinion for a family outing I would choose Pizza Ranch every time when it comes to good tasting, quality food, in a kid friendly restaurant that doesn’t feel, and smell nasty like others do. I do love their attention to detail all around. Go Pizza Ranch!”
