(August 13, 2022, 9:33 am)Got my vehicle fixed with little hassle. I'm giving 4 stars because I did have to bring my vehicle back for them to repair some of my vehicles features that they were unaware was on my vehicle. Other then that it was a smooth experience.

(August 23, 2021, 9:55 pm)Large branch fell on my Brand New Truck. Got a couple quotes but found out Great Plains works directly with my insurance company. Kelly, Drew, Cory and the other lady in the office were fantastic. Kept me up to date on repairs via there text message option and when my truck k was done it looked like nothing had every happened to it. Noticed my back up camera was not working a few days after pick up, swung in after work and they had it working in less that 5 minutes. Would recommend to friends and family and will definitely uses them in the future

They helped work with a difficult insurance company to resolve the claim, followed up throughout the process with me, we timely with all parts, and got our vehicle repaired days ahead of anticipated completion!
