(November 2, 2019, 8:36 am)This company was the only one I could find that would write a replacement cost policy on a renovated store that was converted into a home. There price was less expensive then other insurance companies that would only offer functional replacement coverage. For example, if I had a total loss, functional coverage would replace Granite countertops with Formica, etc. Not good after a bunch of money was spent to restore an old store into a beautiful home.
