I have raised my rating after a recent positive experience with the service department. I scheduled my car ahead of time for first thing in the morning. They got my car in right away and gave me a ride to work. They called later with a description of the suggested changes, and we agreed on the work to be done. I got a ride back to customer service and was in and out in record time. Very nice.
