  Would like to say the staff and management went above and beyond to help us in an emergency. Our air went out in our home and couldn't get it fixed for a couple of days. We were worried about finding a place to stay with our service dogs but they welcomed us with open arms to help us with no hesitation. If we ever need to stay in a hotel again we will definitely be staying at the Best Western.

  Great staff and very accommodating. Free shuttle is a big plus. Hotel is in good upkeep and free breakfast is nice

  The fellow at the desk was super helpful and the room was generally great, but there was a damaged mirror/closet door and the toilet was clogged up when we arrived. They came quickly to fix the toilet issue and the mirror was an easy fix. Either I missed the wake up call (I was very tired, after all) or it never came. Breakfast was quite decent, even though I arrived at the tail end expecting to have slim pickings. Full service and the fellow taking it down asked if there was anything he could leave out for me. Very friendly staff! The shuttle to the airport was early, caught me by surprise. All in all, a good stay.

  Even though I have budget to stay at a more upscale hotel, every time I go to Omaha, I choose the Best Western. It's always very clean, and the front desk staff is always cheerful. I assume that this means good management as happy and helpful employees that do their job in ANY class of hotel can be hard to find. Keep on doing what you're doing management! It is truly a pleasure to stay there.
