    Just finished off a great Ribeye once again.We love this meat market..Beef sticks were fantastic too!All the staff are very helpful and friendly!!!

    I love this butcher shop! Quality product, friendly staff, and I love the farm-to-table business model. I really appreciate that their prices have not been impacted by COVID unlike many other meat sellers. The only reason that I do not give 5 stars is that the staff working the counter is not very knowledgable. This is not the place to go for questions or advice.

    Staff is friendly and the meat is wonderful. Lots of variety to choose from and really good homemade jerky. We always choose Rustic Cuts for our ground hamburger and some snack sticks for the road!

    A great selection of local meats at very reasonable prices. Some of the best breakfast sausage I have reliably found and some amazing chops. Give the beef bacon a shot
