“In my opinion the best way to work with Fedex Ground is find a driver and have them give your info to their supervisor to call you back to give you a resource onsite at the contractors office. Calling Fedex directly is not effective. I called five times on two packages and never heard anything back. I spoke with a supervisor at this location and they are working with the driver errors directly. Much more beneficial for the customer and for the contractor delivering the packages. As a contractor for Fedex Corp they really do care about trying to get it right.”
