I had what I thought was a bee problem. I have a quarterly service contract with one of the national brands. I was waiting on them to show up to my house to assess the situation; however, they kept moving the date because their local tech was sick. Then yeserday morning my 6 month old puppy got attacked by "bees" and I had to take him the vet. Now I was mad and I wasn't going to wait anymore. I found Apex by luck, but am so glad I did. Mark was out at my house in no time. He took the time to explain the process and teach me a little bit about how these insects work. He also pointed out that these "bees" were angry yellow jackets. After smoking and spraying most of them; Mark dug out the hive and laid it out for me to see. I was stunned to see how much work these little suckers had done inside my landscaping.
To my surprise, after digging out the hive, Mark took the time to try and fix the landscaping. He cleaned up his mess (which was minimal) and left the area in far better condition than it was when he arrived (plus no Yellow Jackets!).
I can't recommend his services enough. I have already cancelled my contract with the national service and will be using Apex from here on out.
