WHY ARE THERE ONLY 5 STARS?

Daniel owns the company. He said he would be at our home at 5 pm. When he found he would be late, HE CALLED TO TELL ME HE WOULD BE LATE. 5.30 was his new ETA, and that's when he arrived. In my book, those two things make him exceptional. THEN he really impressed me with his quick assessment of the problem, resourceful sourcing of parts as the parts stores were closing, and then completing the work quickly and correctly - wheels-up and on the road by 8 pm. He was engaging, articulate, did not mind my hanging around to watch, and an all-around nice person. ~~~ My wife is ill and when I need to get the to the doc, or get meds, I can't be jacking around with a garage door that suddenly does not work. Daniel's quality work and immediate response time removed a worry I did not need. ~~~ Looking for quality and competency in one person? Daniel.
