Kansas Medical Center: Emergency Room

We took my son to the ER because he woke up with a bad cough and labored breathing. We were admitted incredibly quickly and the staff was kind and took us seriously from the start. The nurses and doctor were very good with our son even though he was pretty upset. They explained the treatment options and the pros and cons of the different options. After treatment, my son quickly improved and they monitored his breathing for a while before sending us home. We highly recommend the Kansas Medical Center for emergency situations.

Went early in a Saturday morning with swollen face due to staph infection, they were fast to get my info and was being seen withing minutes. Nurse was attentive and detailed, very polite and caring. Dr. Records was amazing, treated me quickly, and was very personable. A top grade facility.

Just go released from this ER today after a car accident caused some major back pain. Everyone was nice, personable, and empathetic. I have been to the ER about 5 times in my life and I can say without a doubt this was the best experience I ever had. Everything was explained to me thoroughly and I felt they did an amazing job with my care.
