I have been at the facility 32 months i enjoy fellowship with the residents whonare friendly and curteous jennie and anastasia who are part of the management team are friendly and always walk by with a smile and a good morning donnie the housekeeping supervisor is always whilling to stop what hes doing and fix what needs to be fixed abd suzanne who is wound nurse who always helps the residents

Life care Center of Andover is the best place to be. the nursing staff are kind funny and they’re always there to help you the office staff always are nicely say hi. And talk to you in the occupational and physical therapy‘s are the best in the state They know how to tell what you can do and what you can’t do. They will work with you number one best in the state.

This has been a strenuous last few weeks to say the least with dad in the hospital for a week and mom needing 24/7 care...and then I found Lifecare Center of Andover and an honest admissions coordinator Jennie 👍she has helped me with the transition and has been great to work with. The whole team has been wonderful to my parents.

Mom loves it here she can socialize and the staff keeps her safe and dad...well let's just say they allow dad to be dad😉

My Mother-in-law came to Life Care Center of Andover just recently from the hospital. The staff has been amazing to her. She has told me Thank you many times to me for picking this place out for her. She has told me the Staff is very friendly and very helpful with her. She has also told me the food is very good and always comes to her hot. When my husband and I first stepped inside ... the staff greeted us and helped us find my mother-in-law’s room. I have been there several times, for a meeting, doing paperwork and helping me with all of the process to help and decide what is best for her.
All of the staff has been very nice and helpful.
The two staff members who have helped me so much walk through the process, their names are Ashleigh the business office manger and Jenni who I believe works in the admissions area both are awesome.
Thank you so much Life Care Center of Andover for all what you do for your residents and their families. I would definitely recommend this facility.
