Stonehouse Rentals

These people have been great for the most! I've been a tenant with them for a little over 2 years now. It is a shame to see negative reviews, but in my case they've always been straight forward and nice about everything they do. In that case, i can see why some people can see them as rude because i just dont think their use to not being beaten around the bush with which can make it seem as if its rude to be told straight forward of what the problem is. I have experienced problems with house utilities(such as water pipes, heating, and ventilation) but the second i tell them about the problems they are willing to come right away and get the problem fixed for me. I know their numbers have changed a few times which could of confused some tenants but they usually seem to never miss calls and if they do then they typically call back in the next 2 minutes. they are very manageable and humble to try and help with issues and rent. within the last year especially they've really stepped up their game and i plan to stick with them for awhile (: .
