(November 12, 2013, 12:41 pm)Meadowlark is a smaller property company that is down to earth and efficient. All of their maintenance workers, and lease handlers are extremely nice. I have never had a better experience with a management company and encourage everyone to rent with hem to avoid the scam artists that many KU property management companies are. They responded quickly to any maintenance issue, our house was taken care of and even got us a new washer and dryer within a week when ours broke, no charge. It was outstanding. After always making us feel comfortable and at home, I am sad to say I have to leave their company and look elsewhere due to graduation.
