(October 1, 2018, 6:16 pm)I was with my niece that is attending college at KU, and looking for her a place to live while going to school. We went all over the place looking at rentals. We ended up talking to the Manager Grace about her homes at Riverside Mobile Home Park. She was so friendly and very helpful to both of us. She showed us a couple homes and we really liked them. I know her property is at the top of the list in the fall for her sophomore year.

(August 30, 2018, 2:24 pm)I would like to start out saying that Riverside is a good place to live. The manager Grace has always been respectful and helpful to my husband and I. I have recommended Riverside and Harper Woods to other's because I believe it is a good place to live and raise a family. We have lived in Riverside twice now. The only reason we had moved was due to the fact of black mold growing and Grace tried her best to find another place within the community's that she run's for our family. She made sure we had recieved our full deposit and she released us from our lease. She's always made sure that repairs were done fast and efficiently. Thank you Grace Groat!!
