  I had 3 seniors so you can imagine the amount of time I have spent with my veterinary clinic. I have always experienced compassion and service above and beyond my expectations. I recently lost my Senior Border Collie Callie. It was all very sudden and Dr Ledbetter and staff took so much time evaluating and talking me through it all. I am truly grateful!

  My dog is considered special needs, I was quite concerned about her first few vet visits- but they treated her with so much respect and confidence that she wasn't really too bothered! Glad to have somebody that understands how to preform an exam/interact in this type of situation. I haven't had any issues here and will recommend them for their generosity and commitment.

  We got a new puppy a few months ago. Gentle Care Animal Hospital is convenient to us and our son takes his pets there. I am so grateful for the advice to crate the puppy at night. We were greeted with a “puppy kit” that included freebies and a generous supply of Science Diet food. The staff was welcoming and friendly. Our next visit is soon and we look forward to meeting the other doctor at that time.

  Our cat was in her last miseries one Saturday. We called frantically looking for someone to take care of her and came across Gentle Care. The staff and doctor were compassionate and competent, staying open past their closing. The doctor quickly ascertained there was nothing to be done and we agreed the time had come. She performed the unhappy but necessary duty with kindness and gentleness and I am confident that our dear friend had as comfortable an exit as possible. We are animal free at the moment but I wouldn't hesitate to take my pet here. They would, in fact, be my first choice.

  My dog needed extensive dental work. The staff were helpful and very caring. Dr. Ledbetter took the time to answer all my questions and did only the work that was necessary. I received complete post op instructions. My dog did very well. I would highly recommend Gentle Care's services.
