The office is nice enough. Always busy during moving in and moving out season. You should schedule to make sure you won't wait forever in a line that long.
The working orders are working promptly when they are not busy.
It just a very standard big property's management. I saw worst~ I won't complaint~ -

(February 15, 2018, 8:27 am)Great security. Great, great, great management. Maintenance is usually pretty timely. Clean (not sure about the pools though). Nice buildings. Post office can keep packages at the main office if you request it. The 30 and 10 routes pass by. Lied Center/West Campus across the street from the main office. Very close to Daisy Hill and Engineering. Across the street from the police department. Some buildings seem to be older and may be a little drafty, but the ones I've lived in didn't have that issue. Very great place for the price you pay.
