(May 8, 2017, 8:35 am)We've banked at Truity for years now and have had consistently great experiences. We switched from a traditional bank because of their ridiculous fees for checking and savings. We have NEVER been charged any sort of fee for transfers, checks, account maintenance or using an out of network ATM (the $3.00 charge appears on our monthly statement but the reimbursement credit is also always there). They make doing business with them easy. Their customer service is top notch! Friendly, professional and knowledgeable is their standard and they have consistently met or exceeded that goal in every transaction. A special shout out to Emily B. In Lawrence! She's my go-to person to answer questions or handle a more than a standard transaction. She's awesome!
