Her hearing aids weren’t working well and I had no idea where to take them, since my dad usually handled this. Despite not being your patient, you promptly cleaned and tested them, and wouldn’t accept any payment. Again, THANK YOU from our family for your act of kindness.

(July 9, 2018, 12:36 pm)I have had an excellent experience here. Garvin and Bernadette are excellent, patient oriented people who have been very welcoming and supportive. They worked through all of my insurance aspects and have been very helpful on a regular basis as I work out my specific needs, comfort of my hearing aids and functionality. I have popped in several times off-appointment to have a tweak here and there and they are always helpful and accommodating.
I had had hearing aids recommended to me for high frequency loss and tinnitus. After several attempts to meet with an audiologist covered by my insurance, along with the hearing aids themselves, and getting the runaround at a couple other locations in Lawrence, I am VERY glad to have found Neighborhood Hearing Aid Center. -
