Once with a water heater problem that leaked in the basement, and another time to work on our sump pump in the basement. The first time, we called in the middle of the night and left a voice-mail and they called us back immediately after opening. We were fortunate to have that repaired the same day. The other time it wasn't a rush but we got an ETA. Both times they were professional, on time, and very courteous to deal with. Straight forward and honest and that's from the lady who scheduled the work and the people who performed the work. I recommend them to anyone with confidence.”

“I found a photograph of a Minion cake online and asked if they could replicate it. These guys knocked it out of the park. In about a week they created something I knew I could never do. True artists! The birthday cake was amazing and everyone loved it. What I enjoyed about my experience with Hy-Vee Bakery on Clinton Parkway was their willingness to work with me. “I took my sons bike in to another location for a tune up. They just threw parts at it. I then took it here. It was fixed and he was out on it in no time. he is extremely hard on it.
