“If you have ever wondered if you could effectively defend yourself, you need to join Premier Martial Arts. They’ll teach you how to do that and much more. The owners treat you like family and the instructors are highly qualified/skilled and very responsive to all students’ particular needs. I’ve learned that being small (or having a physical limitation) doesn’t mean you can’t defend yourself effectively. It just means that you may need to approach the situation differently. They'll teach you how to modify techniques when necessary. Anyone can do this. I’ve also improved my physical fitness and developed deep friendships with many people there. My kids have also benefited from their amazing kids/teens programs, so we continue to be members (since around 2012). “Needed a last minute eye exam for my daughter, she ran out of contacts. we were able to walk in. We did not have to sit around and wait. We filled out the paperwork and was taken right back to see Dr. Andersen, who was very nice and accommodating to our last min planning. My daughter felt very comfortable and the doctor explained everything in a way we could understand which i appreciated. Looking forward to getting the rest of the family in for eye exams. And not to mention they take our insurance which was a big plus because i couldn't find anyone who took it. And even better her contacts are high and they usually have to order them and they had some for her that day. We got a free 30 day pair and a the contact solution with a new contact case all included.”
