  Found a toy hauler with most of what we wanted; owners Nick and Ned worked extra hard to make it perfect for us. GREAT folks to deal with and willing to go above and beyond to please customers. Top notch all the way - we will be customers again!

  Nick and his staff are amazing! From entering the lot, to exploring the rig, to guiding us through the process, understanding our "wants" he rocked it! His brother Ned spent so much time on our walk thru that we felt beyond confident purchasing our Class A. The paperwork went smoothly and Nick and his staff went above and beyond to ensure we brought her home safely. And furthermore, they've both been easily accessible to answer questions throughout the process. I highly recommend this dealership!!!!

  Jason did a great job keeping me informed on my RV you would've thought I was buying a big pusher bus!!! The techs did a great job fixing it up and went through everything top to bottom side to side!! if your in the market to buy or you need something fixed id highly recommend Jason and everybody at Central RV great honest people!!!

  We received great service from all areas at central RV. Starting with our salesman Justin. Justin was with us from start to finish. Never pushy & had time to answer all our questions. Once inside to talk business on our trade,to financing. We were treated like they knew us & not just a sale. Heidi worked really hard to make sure we got the best interest rate & terms. The day of picking up our new RV camper. Everyone was very knowledgeable. The staff members on the final walk through, made sure we understood how everything worked. And took the time to answer all our questions.
  I love that they are truly a pet friendly business. Our dogs were invited in to the office as we finished up our paperwork. The owners fur babies are part of the staff. Which we thought was really a cool part of the atmosphere.
  I will recommend Central RV of Ottawa to anyone I know looking for a camper.
  From the salespersons to the owner you will find to be truly down to earth people.

  We traveled 3 1/2 hours to buy a camper from Central RV. The pricing was better than we could get around home. He was not pushy at all and seems to have a reputable dealership which we were looking for. Heidi was excellent at getting our financing taken care of (after quitting time). She went above and beyond. The camper has been exactly what we were looking for and we have enjoyed it so far.
  We discovered when we got home that they forgot to fill the propane tanks. We were sent a check to cover the expense of getting them filled. I am certain most RV dealers we have met along the way would have not done that. Really appreciate all you guys did for us and will remember you for the next one:)
